GUEST AMBASSADOR
We're on the lookout for cheerful, dog-loving folks with a background in customer service. We need someone outgoing, positive, and warm since they'll be the first face our customers see. The perfect fit should be great at helping guests, sharing product know-how, handling transactions, and just being friendly and approachable. It's ideal if you can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Job Functions:
Check-in members and register/sign up new members
Walk new members through the pricing, rules, and registration process
Help answer any questions about the facility for new and existing members
Answer phone
Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
Cashier duties include checking out customers for retail and memberships/day passes, by operating the POS system (Using Toast and Gingr)
Help all guests get set up with self-dog wash station, stock towels, and clean after each use
Stock inventory when needed
Positively resolve issues as they arise and determine resolution or escalate further – communicate all issues and resolutions to Management
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be 18+ years of age
Must be able to work 3 shifts a week at least, including 1 weekday shift and both Saturdays and Sundays.
Weekday shifts are 2:30PM-9:30PM | Weekend shifts are 8:30AM-2:30PM or 2:30PM-9:30PM
Must be a dog AND a human person
Must be friendly, warm, and inviting
Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
A strong work ethic, adaptable and a proactive problem solver
Strong communication skills
